Rajesh Panangad leads a team of more than 50 top Graded artists under the Banner Aditya Orchestra, Kochi . For the last 20 years Sri.Rajesh & his Orchestra has been performing in Star Hotels like Taj Malabar,Briton Boat Yard,Old Harbour,Renaissance,LeMeridian etc .Many temple festivals have been enriched by his traditional Carnatic flute concerts as well as fusion programmes . He has given the right blend of musical atmosphere to many marriage parties . Performances given for Volvo Race , Cochin ,Manorama Festival,all India Doctor’s Conference and Kerala Agri Fest are Jewels in his crown.He also conducts stage shows featuring traditional art forms of Kerala like Kathakali, Ottam Thullal, Theyyam, Thiruvathira  Kali, Kurathiyattom etc.
